The Wine Spirit and Education Trust (WSET Certificates) is a globally recognized wine training program that will allow participants to gain insight into the world of wine and spirits. Widely referred to as the highest standard of wine education available, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is pleased to offer these courses to you. Your instructor, our resident Sommelier Tim Ellison, has the distinction of being the only Certified Chef de Cuisine in Canada that also holds the WSET Level 4 Diploma of Wine and Spirits. A well-known educator and hospitality professional with over 35 years of experience, Tim brings energy, enthusiasm, and fun to all his classes.
